Getting information out of the current Clinical and Molecular data is a challenge. In most cases, data analysis, Cluster or PCA analysis are performed in relation to a publication. First, we are aiming to have a data set (FAIR) available which can be directly used in follow-up analysis tools. Second, these tools have to support the decision for a clinician /researcher on the fly.
